An excellent case for the Hiby R4!!This case makes the back of the unit absolutely flat,so the ridges on the device is totally invisible.

Very high quality case comes in a packaging and I was surprised at the overall fit and feel. Yes it’s expensive but you get what you pay for zero regrets from me.

Well I have to tell you it didn't scratch when I accidentally dropped the player on the concrete. though the top of the player got dinged. It's just aluminum after all. I like easy access to that top piece so I don't mind the free access to the top so I can pull it out of the sleeve. But now I wish I used the plastic case that came with it. This case is pretty decent for the price.

Expensive for a case but it fits perfect. Th major benefit is the with case on all the buttons on the DAP are now recessed so accidental presses are greatly reduce.. If you can ignore the price this is a great case for the R4. With the extra thickness of the case material, it provides a good protection for the screen. BTW as of Oct 2024 this was the only case I found that is for the Hiby R4 DAP.

I love this leather case for the HiBy R4 DAP. It looks sophisticated and cool. This allows access to the volume and control buttons. At the bottom, you can access the IEM jacks and the USB C connector.The MicroSD slot is covered. This means you have to remove the case from the player if you want to access it. At least, it’s not difficult to remove the case if you need to.The only thing that bothers me a bit is that the case don’t cover the top or the bottom corners. The HiBy strap seems to help with the top. Keep in mind that this is not a rugged case, but a more decorative one. In case you want to keep it safer, then hopefully another company may do a rugged case for the R4.Now if you want to keep your R4 device in style, then this is a great beautiful case.
