Creates a good seal. Lightweight, but feels durable. Have accidentally left the silicone portion in contact with a stove coil on high for several minutes without any warping. Low profile for storage. Fits 7-12” pots and pans. So much better than storing all of the other lids.

Muy buena calidad, cubren sartenes olla de diferentes tamaños. En el sarten tapado todo se calienta y cocinamas rapido y no pierde si jugo. Muy buena compra

Simple, sturdy once assembled. Customer has to assemble the handles onto the tops, but once on, good seal, the two lids fit all my pans and pots from 7” to 12”. Nice to see through, and silicon edge seals well and cushions from impact into pan. Cleans easily.Just wish I didn’t receive someone’s return. The product box (not shipping box) had been opened and was taped up with packing tape.This is the third time in just over a year this has happened.

The lids are great ! Perfect for the frying pan you buy that no lid accompanies ....well .... now there is one available !!

I'm pretty happy with these 2 lids. The large one fits most of my nonstick 10" to 12" pans which usually don't come with lids. With my other pots and pans both lids can fit some like they were made for each other and others only acceptable. You will have to experiment with your collection to find out for yourself. Of course if you pair a pot with a diameter that's about .5 to 1 inch smaller than the lid, the fit is likely to be very good. There is no industry standard and we can't expect 2 lids to cover one's entire collection perfectly. I have a couple of 7 " sauce pans and the underside circles don't match perfectly. It works but the silicone section doesn't nestle down for a nice seal. It just kinda just sits on the rim. But I have 2 sauce pans that are 8.5 to 9 inches and the small lids fits like it was made for them. What I like in these lids is the glass so I can quickly see what's going on inside. Plus the steam vent hole and knob handle which doesn't get super hot to touch. I don't have a lot cupboard space where I store my pots and pans and so I have to stack smaller pots in a larger pot and thus the matching lids are placed in the bottom of other pots and it can be pain in the butt to find them . With these universal lids, I keep them near my stove, so if I feel lazy or I'm in a hurry,no matter what pot I bring out..one of these lids will be good enough. So I recommend them for that general purpose. If you're looking at them for specific replacement of a lost or broken lid ,then it might be a hit or miss . Jim from Vancouver

Our family cooks with cast iron skillets a lot, and these lids are perfect! These lids are a great alternative to the heavy and unique-to-the-pan sizing of the proprietary cast iron lids. We use the smaller lid for our 8" skillet (some edge overhanging, could fit up to a 9" or 9 1/2" skillet, and the larger one works great for our full size 12" skillet (just covers the edges, would not fit bigger, but could fit smaller). The lids are easy to wash, and the tough silicone handles never get hot. The steam vent is also nice when steaming, sautéeing, and frying to allow for venting and moisture release. I have had no issues in the past 3 months of daily use regarding deterioration, degradation, or melting of the lids' outside silicone rings, even when cooking with a ripping hot cast iron skillet on a hot range stove!
