Q1: How to pairing?
A1: Please charge the keyboard for 3-4 hours to make sure it has enough power when first use. Here is the guide:
1. Toggle ON/OFF switch to ON--turn on the keyboard
2. Press combo keys Fn + C to turn on Bluetooth. Bluetooth indicator will flashes blue light, and the indicator will be constant on after it pairs.
3. Open Windows Settings - Device - Bluetooth and Other Devices - Add Bluetooth or Other Device - Bluetooth, find the “Bluetooth Keyboard” and click to pair.
4. The Bluetooth indicator will be constant on after it pairs successfully.
Note: The keyboard only works when it's attached to the tablet.
Q2: Is the pen slot rechargeable?
A2: No charging function.
Q3: What is the size of the keyboard & adapted devices?
A3: The size of the keyboard is 29cm*22.5cm*0.7cm (11.41*8.85*0.27 inch). The Keyboard is compatible with Microsoft Surface Pro 11 2024 /Pro 10 2024 /Pro 9 2022 / Pro X 2021 13” tablet. (Note: Please peel off the protective film of the trackpad before using. The keyboard haven't AI button). The size of the pen slot is 14.6*1.4*0.3cm, for surface slim pen 2 only.
Q4: How long does the keyboard work on a full charge? Does it have a sleep mode?
A4:The keyboard charges for 2-3 hours and works for more than 30 hours with backlit and 100 hours once without backlit. It will be in sleep mode if you don't use it after 15 minutes. It will pair to tablet automatically after 2-3 seconds if you press any key.
Q5: How to adjust the backlight?
A5:
1.Press Fn + F1 to adjust the brightness of the backlight (3 levels of brightness available)
2.Press Fn + ↑ or ↓ to adjust the backlight color, the backlight has 7 colors.
Q6: How does the trackpad work?
A6:
1.Press Fn + Space to unlock the trackpad
2.Please check the User manual, which has detailed information about the trackpad functions.
