This is the first time I've ever used silicone pans. I absolutely love it, I did spray the bundt pan ( even though instructions said I didn't have to). I filled the pan up the same as I would a metal bundt pan, just below center hole. After cake was finished baking, I let it sit for about 5 minutes them inverted it on my cooling rack. Pinching the curves and pulling up all little to loosen the cake from the pan. Pulled the sides a little and when I felt it was loose I took the silicone pan off the cake. BEAUTIFUL!!!! I love it. I'm so glad the plan can be folded and stored in a drawer.If definitely buy this again.

It was a little difficult to properly prep the pan, because of all the little crevices anything you'd use would pool in places and it would make it difficult to have whatever you're making come out pretty.

Tried this twice with two different jello recipes. The first jello recipe sloshed out of this, and stuck to the mold. The second jello recipe pulled out easier, but still left quite a lot stuck in the mold. Not sure if this is supposed to be used with a cooking spray? Or maybe extra gelatin is needed to be added to jello recipes for this mold to work. Or maybe both? Either way, it was kind of sad. Cakes would probably work much better, but I bought this for jello.

Silicone is a flimsy material, yes. But this mold is really thin. I've used this a couple tines now and trying to remove the mold has been frustrating and unsuccessful. None of my other silicone molds are this difficult. When I tried jello, the mold didn't hold its shape. I guess jello is too "heavy" for this mold as it simply flexed out.Not happy with this mold.
