All holes align and it includes a set of mounting screws with washers.

Great VESA plate for almost any circumstance. Since I purchased it, I've tried it on several devices trying to find the perfect monitor configuration. My only caution would be if you wanted to use this for 200x100mm on a 27" TV. On my old LG, the extra 50mm above and below the 200x100mm holes cause the palate to block the HDMI port. But, it works perfectly for my Wasabi Mango 43" UHD monitor... and several others. (Would have been nice if they'd put some centered holes so you could mount it high or low in the 200x100mm configuration though!)

All the different holes allowed for countless options for mounting my TV to an existing bracket in our RV. Google the VESA measurement specs for the options listed in the product description and then measure the distance between the holes in your bracket that you're trying to match this product too and if you have a match with any of those measurements you should be good. Worked perfectly for me.
