To install, and if you are replacing a set that’s old and warm. You will notice a huge difference in how your truck handles. I put these on a 2001 F150 crew cab and it really made a difference going down the freeway. Cheap and easy fix.

These bushings fit my 2003 F150 XL RWD perfectly. They're a pain to get on - you have to spread them to get them onto the stabilizer bar. I happened to have a set of snap ring pliers (they open up when you squeeze the handles) which let me spread the bushing opening enough to slip it on the bar. Not sure how I'd have been able to do it without them (not sure if they'd fit over the end of the bar and around the 90 degree bends). This isn't a fault, just the reality of the material. The stock ones are a more flexible rubber and slipped right off.

Got these, put them on my 2001 Lariat. These have made the front end stability much better.

Installed for my 2003 F150 4.2L 2WD. These match the factory bushings exactly. I recommend putting a small amount of silicone grease on the interior surface of the busing that wraps around the sway bar to avoid any potential squeaks. You will have to open these up to get them on the sway bar and because they are new and a bit stiff, you will have to wrestle them a bit. Once on, they do their job. I also removed the rust on the brackets, sway bar a frame and painted them before reinstalling. There were (4) 13mm bolts (2 for each bracket) holding the sway bar assembly in place. You will also have to detach the sway bar links from the sway bar which I was replacing any way. The sway bar links should be removed first. The sway bar is heavy and can be awkward, so get an extra set of hands or place a block or box under the center so it won't drop or fall when removing.

Went on easily and fit snugly. Did not need lubricant.
