Downright ridiculous. Whyyyyyy would y’all make this thing so crappy you can’t even get it apart to install it. And I’m not the only one either. I’m PISSED.

The latch does not go through the knob Instead it barely connects with some tabs punched out of sheet metal to pull on. It malfunctioned a few times when I was setting it up and I had to take it apart and put it back together. This makes me nervous that it might get stuck and leave the door inoperable. Once I turned the spacers to better move the side with the lock deeper into the door, it seems to grab the latch better and it seems reliable, but I'm still nervous.It does look pretty though.
