What is your favorite aspect of the product and how did it improve your user experience? The screen is large and crisp, the quality is amazing to watch 4K content in. I have been using it primarily to game and I can't imagine switching back to less than 2160p, and the curve is quite immersive.The set-up was very easy. The product came packaged securely and took only a few minutes to assemble. The monitor is sturdy and is easily moved higher or lower or at angles.

It took Amazon over two and half weeks to deliver my order and I’m glad I waited. I purchased this 4K UHD curved monitor mainly for editing photos and video contents, but it ended up replacing my TV as the panel delivered better images, color, detail, and clarity. My son also tried it with his Xbox and the games just ran flawlessly. Overall, the MSI MAG 321CUP is a well-built monitor that's good for office, productivity, and gaming use and that meets all of my requirements.

I’ve been using the MSI MAG321CUP for a few weeks now, and overall, I’m really impressed with the performance. The 32-inch QHD (2560x1440) display is sharp and provides a great balance between screen size and resolution, perfect for gaming and productivity. The 1800R curve offers a more immersive experience, especially in fast-paced games, and the large screen size is perfect for multitasking.The 165Hz refresh rate and 1ms response time make a noticeable difference in competitive games, where smoothness is key. I’ve played everything from FPS games like Call of Duty to racing games like Forza, and the motion clarity and responsiveness are top-notch. The Adaptive Sync support (both FreeSync and G-Sync) helps eliminate screen tearing, making gaming even more enjoyable.One thing I really appreciate is the overall build quality. The monitor feels solid, and the design is sleek with thin bezels, making it look great in my setup. The stand provides height and tilt adjustments, though I do wish it had swivel functionality for more flexibility.The downside is the color accuracy isn’t quite as vibrant as IPS panels, but it’s still good enough for most games and media. The built-in speakers aren’t great, but I wasn’t expecting much from them anyway.For the price, this monitor delivers exceptional value, especially for gamers looking for a high-refresh-rate, large display. I just received this monitor during a Black Friday sale here in Canada. I unpacked it and set it up right away.The refresh rate is 160 Hz, but the maximum setting on Windows 11 is 144 Hz, and I can't see how to adjust it on its OSD setting via the red Joystick Navigator at the back of the monitor.Please let us know if a reader knows how to adjust its OSD settings.

Unfortunately, the monitor does not work well when connected to an Xbox series X. The image quality has a sever amount of smearing, ghosting, and flickering when moving/looking around in any game. Every combination of resolution/refresh rate that I tried did not resolve the issue. I tried changing almost all of the monitor settings as well like variable refresh and response time. This issue makes every game I tried unplayable. I purchased the monitor to use with my Xbox so my experiences are only using the HDMI 2.1 port and an Xbox. I tried the original Xbox 2.1 hdmi cable and another 2.1 hdmi cable. Issue was never resolved. I have not tried connecting the monitor to a pc through the display port and attempting to play the same games. I want to give it 5 stars but at that price point it DOES NOT work well enough.
