Como con toda la gis, la gis comestible se formó a partir de piedra compuesta de calcita, y originalmente formada profundamente bajo el mar por la compresión del plancton microscópico que se había asentado en el fondo del mar. You need to get it out of the plastic, put it back in the box and let the box open for one or two days, otherwise it tastes bitter, like plastic. After one or two days it will have that amazing earthy taste so many of us crave for. I eat some in the morning when I have my coffee. I noticed that too much of it will give me tummy aches, or if I eat it later than in the afternoon. Don't drink soda after you eat chalk. Remember it's calcium so use it accordingly. If you crave it too much, get some blood test done for iron deficiency. If you crave it just for the smell, wet it. It smells like earth during a summer storm. Hope my recommendations help.

J'aime énormément, à la fois frais et tellement croquant, fondant en crème, pas de résidus, odeur fraiche et gout frais. Pas de senteur d'essence ou autre. Humidité fraiche. super produit.

Trust me ive tried every edible chalk out there it's a tough struggle most people don't care to understand. So here's my honest review hope it helps another co pica craver. This satisfies my cravings it taste very earthy which is perfect for me, yes its small only 3 bars but if you on a budget i suggest ice crushing with shaving of chalk to make it last longer, try it before doubting. I've been surviving with this horrible pica addiction for almost 10 years now!!!Also noticed this one won't make my stomach upset or hurt my teeth. Watch out for that!!! Great smell great taste just let it sit 2 days opened somewhere with cool air flow!!!

È più volte che lo ordino e ogni volta mi piace, il gusto mi piace tanto il prezzo secondo me è un po’ eccessivo visto per la quantità, quello che volevo.
