the tip is starting to loose foam already after about a month of heavy use. it flies well and doesn't hurt as much if you get hit with it.

The item came well packaged and contact with the seller was very straightforward. They're friendly, professional and informative. There was a delay in the item reaching me, but it wasn't a long delay and had nothing to do with the seller, but rather the nature of package deliveries and the companies concerned. The seller was kind enough to reach out to me and apologize, although that wasn't necessary & they went above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer...thanks guys your customer service is top notch.We're very happy with our purchase. Yes, the football may be a bit smaller than the standard Nerf football, but it's a Jr. ball so that's to be expected and some reviews complained about the durability and quality of the ball...ok that may be their experience or opinion, but that's not a reflection of the seller, that's the Nerf company. I don't think the seller should take the hit for that, so I hope the lower rated reviews that reflect their opinion of the product won't affect the credit that should be given to the seller for their stellar customer service and the quick mail out of their items.I'd definitely deal with this seller again.
