Comes with no instructions. So, did some digging on the internet to figure that 1/2 tablet will curd 2 gallons of milk. Also, it needs to be powdered and dissolved in a bit of water before being mixed into the milk. Other than that it works great.

It did work very well. No instructions with the product but the best way to use it is: for o gallon of milk (4 litter). Crash 1/2 tablet and desolve it in 1/4 cup of warm water for 30 minutes then heat up the milk to 35c and add the solution into it. only stear to 2 minutes and let it cool down for 2 hours or so. finally use cheese bag strainer to dry out the cheese

Eviten gastar su tiempo y dinero, no funciona. Además las tabletas tienen indicaciones sumamente erróneas
