I got this cable on sale and it’s worth every penny. I put it on my Ibasso Klee which Amazon doesn’t sell, it improved sound quality over the stock cable. I will use the stock cable with a future Iem. The reviews were pretty good on this one so I took a chance on it. NiceHCK cables have been pretty good so far for me. Highly recommended.

I have owned this cable since July and wanted to provide a review for others interested in a good IEM cable.• Sound Quality: The Sound Quality is EXCELLENT with the IcyMoon cable. The OCC and Silver plated OFC conductors convey both excellent resolution and clarity across the highs and mids, likely due to the increased number of conductors at 16. The Copper cores keeps the bass coming smooth, and ultimately all 3 fields of sound are balanced. The density of the sound is good with this cable, it is precise and doesn’t seem to smear any sound. Not overly harsh like fully silver cables. I was really impressed with the sound of this cable despite the cost, the soundstage is wide and deep.• Build Quality: The build quality rivals some of my cables that are 10x more expensive. The braid of 16 conductors is solid and feels nice in my hand. The connectors are anodized aluminum not plastic, and nicely laser etched with the NiceHCK name, and R and L on the IEM end of the cable. The color is bright silver and looks much more expensive. And the cable is nice and flexible. It feels like the cable is substantial enough to last a good long time. The overall craftsmanship is excellent.• Comfort: The comfort level is excellent. This cable is not super heavy and because it has a high degree of flexibility, it is very easy to use, and doesn’t fatigue my ears when wearing them. Due to the braid, it doesn’t seem to tangle at all.• Compatibility: The cable that I ordered was the 4.4mm and 0.78mm 2 pin, that I plugged into several of my IEMs to see how it affected the sound. I used the following IEMS: NiceHCK Himalya and NX8; Empire Ears Odin, and I/O Audio Voltare. The cable fit well in each IEM I used, and the connectors are gold plated and feel solid. NiceHCK does offer mmcx and several other terminations in this model to be compatible with just about any IEM.• Price: This cable is an incredible value for the cost vs the performance. A common theme with NiceHCK products.• Comparisons: I compared this cable to my other IEM cables: PWAudio Sagittarius, Null Audio Tiburon 8W, and NiceHCK RedAg. In comparison, the IcyMoon compares very nicely with the Tiburon 8W as far as sound goes, and like the Sagittarius as far as quality goes. The IcyMoon is leagues better than the RedAg, which is a fully silver cable, and is harsh at times. The IcyMoon stays balanced in just about all the situations I tried it in.• Personal Experience: In my personal experience, the IcyMoon cable has really caused me to consider that perhaps price of cable is not as important of a factor than the actual performance is. I have enjoyed this low cost cable, and have added to my regular rotation of cables that I use, alongside cables that are much more expensive. I can wholeheartedly recommend the NiceHCK IcyMoon cable.

Well-built and looks very nice. It’s quite thick, but not very heavy. The hardware looks and feels nice, and the chin slider actually stays in place.

They are indeed much thicker than your typical IEM cables. They actually have twice the strands as my stock 64 Audio cable that came with my IEMs. These have 4 strands per ear, so a total of 8 strands. And they're more comfortable.I did a quick A-B test and I'm pretty convinced there was an acute increase in clarity with these. Even if it was minuscule, it did sound clearer / more transparent than the cables I had. Which I like. The OEM version of my cable sells for more than $70USD so these are a steal and maybe even an upgrade.1 star knocked because they are so thick that I cant close the carry hard case that my IEMs came with anymore. The cable takes up too much space. So, anyone who is traveling with their IEMs a lot and needs them to fit back into their custom carry hard case should consider this before buying.
