Works exactly as well as the ones that comes with the blender. It's great to have spares because cleaning the rubber seal can be difficult and should be replaced every so often for sanitary reasons.

This would have been the third aftermarket replacement blade for our Ninja blender. The previously 2 lasted between 1-2 years each before beginning to bind up - the bearings are cheap and tend to rust internally. Both of those were from other vendors. We bought this one in February of this year hoping we could get one to last at least 2 years. It's now less than 3 months from purchase and is completely seized up after a total of maybe 10 uses making smoothies. There was no gradually seizing up, it just seized up and now won't turn at all. We have always hand washed and allow to dry before putting the blade assembly away.We will not buy this brand again - complete junk.

The blade assembly base wobbles in the Ninja blender base when you put the two together. Even though I thought it was shaky, I was game to try it using my original Ninja cups. The blade assembly did not fit the original Ninja 16oz cups. I had also ordered at the same time a set of the 16 oz cups Ketar sells, but they did not arrive with the blade assembly base so thought I would give it a shot when the cups arrived. My husband picked up the blade assembly base to check it out, it fell apart in his hands and he had to put it back together. I'll be returning the blade assemble base for sure. If it can't sit on the counter without falling apart, it is not something I want to hassle with. If the cups don't fit my original Ninja blade assembly base they are out the door also. I'll be ordering a new blade assembly base from Ninja, may cost more but the one I have lasted for years and we use it almost daily and sometimes multiple times during the day for everything from scrambling eggs and grinding nuts and flax or other seeds to smoothies and milkshakes. I honestly would not give it a 1 star rating, but there's not an option for zero stars.

The description box says it fits model BL773COI tried it, it won't even click lock into the machine
