I usually like to charcoal grill all my meats for the flavor but since getting this thing I've come to be extra lazy and letting the grill collect dust. Cooks things fast easy cleanup very versatile cooking device

I use mine several times a week. It is perfect all year round when you want to grill something but don’t want to be outside (grilling chicken breast is a life saver in this) or you want to bake something but you don’t want to put on the big oven. I have used it for so many things. It is very forgiving and I haven’t ruined anything yet because I guessed the wrong setting. As other reviewers have said it does dip down too much in the front, I fixed this design flaw with a few of those round felt pads that you use under items to protect surfaces. Lifted it just a smidge. I bought one for my daughter to cook in her small kitchen. And it replaces so many other appliances

First, I really have enjoyed this grill, and I like the way it cooks, with crispy outside and tender insides. Air fryed vegetables cooked in the fry basket come out crisp and delicious.However, I find myself not using it as much as I'd like to due to the grill plate and inside lid being so hard to clean. I purchased a refurbished model, and have had it for almost 5 months, so I can't return it.I don't know if it being refurbished has something to do with it or not, but the coating on the grill plate is not non-stick like it states in the description. No matter how much oil I use, EVERYTHING sticks to the grill plate (steaks, porkchops, ribs, chicken, and don't even think about trying to cook fish). So much so, that I have stopped using the grill plate completely because of that and because the no "non-stick" coating is starting to come off from so much scrubbing where I have had to scrub and scrub trying to get all of the cooked on food off the grill plate. Unfortunately, I forgot to take a picture the last time I cleaned it, but it took me almost an hour to get off all the stuck on skin and pieces of fish off the grill plate.I don't have the same problem with the griddle plate and air-fryer basket, so I'm having to cook my meat on this instead which does okay, but becasue it is flat, the grease just collects inside the griddle plate and the meat has to sit in it while it cooks.Also, the grease catcher is built into grill plate and is very narrow with several little notches making it hard to remove the built up grease. So, most times, the entire grill plate has to be removed to empty and clean the grease tray. And even then, it's still difficult to get into the grooves and notches.Despite cleaning it after every use, it is impossible to get under the top plate in the inside lid to clean all of the grease that collects under the element plate. As a result, it smokes and holds a rancid grease odor. Short of taking the lid totally apart, there's really no way to get under there and remove the grease from there.

I was a little concerned, since this grill was a refurbished, but it arrived in a plain box. It works and looks perfect. Only thing I didin't like is that there was no manual. I went online and printed it out so no worries.

Great for all cooking needs. I use it to grill my ribeyes and they come out just as good as on my outside grill. I use the air fryer more then anything. Great to re heat food or cook/crisp all the store bought appetizers like wings, chicken fries and poppers. I also love the way my salmon comes out perfect every time. MUST BUY NINJA if you want the best.
