No se recomienda el uso en lavaplatos, ya que puede acortar la vida útil del revestimiento antiadherente en tu sartén. Antes de cada uso, cepilla con mantequilla o manteca y polvo con harina o cacao para cubrir. También se puede utilizar spray para hornear que contiene harina. No utilices spray de cocción regular. Las mezclas y recetas pueden variar. Llena la sartén no más de ¾ para evitar el desbordamiento. Los utensilios de metal, las almohadillas para orejas de fregado y los limpiadores abrasivos no deben utilizarse en superficies antiadherentes. Orgullosamente fabricado en Estados Unidos desde 1946.

Wer Nordic Ware kennt, weiß, dass die Formen normalerweise sehr schwer sind. Diese hier sind dünn und leicht, aber die Beschichtung ist super. Das Ergebnis kann sich sehen lassen!

If you do a Google search for "Baked Vanilla Twist Donuts with Citrus Glaze" you can find an example recipe on Nordic Ware's website for use with this pan. The pan itself works great, and with a light greasing my first batch of donuts released by simple turning it over. I'd highly recommend this is you're looking for a convenient way to make donuts at home without having to deal with frying!

I recently tried this French twist donut pan, and I must say it’s a game-changer for making delicious French cruller-style donuts. This french twist donut pan from Nordicware is nice and sturdy. The back of the pan has this beautiful twilight blue color as shown in the pictures( and can be used as a display in your kitchen in a creative way) and the other side is just the regular silver color. We have to grease the pan so that the baked donuts come out easy from this pan. The size of the cavities is just the size of the regular sized donuts. I wanted to try this pan so bad just to see how the twisted shape donuts come out, so I used chocolate cake batter to bake some chocolate cake with a donut shape. They baked really good and came out easily out of the pan. I forgot to take them out when they were warm, so I just had to loosen up the edge with a cutlery knife just at one tiny spot and they released easily from the pan. The twisted shape came out so perfect(see the attached pictures). It really works well and the size of each donut is just apt for breakfast or as a snack. Since this is nonstick pan it is not dishwasher safe and has to be cleaned with hands and I really don’t mind cleaning it with my hands since personally I don’t prefer putting any nonstick pans in the dishwasher. Overall a great product from “Nordicware” and I can’t wait to try different recipes using this baking pan.
