I'm very happy with this. I've made several trays of gluten free mini Bundt cakes and they are coming out great. I did grease and flour as recommended for the first set, didn't work so well due to the slick coating and little crevasses. Second batch I just sprayed even though not recommended and that worked better. Very easy to clean.

Great quality! Solid material. Cakes baked beautifully and cake out of pan perfectly.

I decided to buy the Nordic Ware version of the pan as it is advertised as the best. It has been a nightmare everyone I tried to use the product. I have tried different recipes and different styles of greasing my pan but there is no hope. Everytime it is so difficult to get the cakes out. I always have 1 or 2 brake no mater how careful I am. I will always let them cool down. I have watched so many videos to see if I am doing anything wrong but it is just hopeless. Oh and cleaning them is a nightmare as well.

Die Backform war ein Geschenk für meine Tochter. Die Form ist super angekommen. DSie ersten Kuchen sind sehr, sehr gut gelungen.
