Came with stains and they are PLASTIC not stone or ceramic. Make sure you are aware of that before you buy.

Nice little plate, nice reasonable size, weight . Not sure if can be used in microwave but enjoy as regular plate.

I kept seeing the cute ceramic plates that are trendy now with the lip around the edge, but when I tried them out they are so heavy that it’s not convenient for on the go/quick meals. These plates, however, are perfect for that. They’re lightweight, decent sized, have the lip around the edge, are microwave and dishwasher safe. I’ve eaten pasta sauce and curry on them and they do not stain. Utensils do not leave marks on them like the ceramic ones either. They stack nicely in my cabinet and don’t take up much space.

The plastic is a little on the light and flimsy side. Made in USA and no Chinese toxins was more important to me though so that's fine.Note that the description could be a little deceiving. They do not have a 0.8" lip. They are 0.8 inches total height from base to top of lip. So take the thickness of the bottom and the height of the base ring on the bottom away from that to get the actual lip.I got them for dry food for some cats. They can be rambunctious and I wanted something that would be hard to break. The cats can push the plates around because they are light so I might add some adhesive bumpers to the bottom to cause more friction. That will probably make them hand wash only but that's fine.Overall they're pretty good but they're only a few steps up from some appropriately sized lid from some food container. I could probably fill the same role with the lid from a big jug of protein power or something like that.
