This is by far one of the best coffee tools I've purchased yet. Love the depth control on the distributor side, as well as the measurements laser etched. That is a VERY nice touch. Took seconds to dial in and I was off and running with perfect puck preparation. I cranked out 4 lattes in a row and they were all perfect. For several reasons, I also tested the Crema version (which is going back). Surprisingly, the one made by Crema is smaller and quite a bit heavier. Normcore fits in your hand better and you can't beat the spring-loaded tamper. That might be my favorite part of this whole thing. And of course, the depth measurements printed on the side of the tamper is so pro. Absolutely love this tool!

Ya lo quería desde hace mucho. Tengo breville Barista express y queda perfecto en el porta filtro. Es de buena calidad y es un dos en uno para distribuir el café y pisarlo. No se desperdicia café y queda bien rico solo debes ajustar la altura del distribuidor, el tamper ya viene calibrado

Great tamper and distributor, brought for my sage barista pro. I spent forever researching different tools and brands, ideally wanting to go for a cheaper option. Really glad I went for this one - despite the price tag. Gives a consistent distribution and tamp every time. Made my crema so much better, and the coffee making process so much easier.Really well made , does not fee flimsy at all

If you’re looking to step up your puck prep game, get this one! The distributor tool can be raised/lowered depending on how much you put in the portafilter. The tamper is on the other side and is spring loaded which means that with little effort you always apply the same level of pressure. That’s perfect for consistency - and we all know that with great espresso, consistency is key. There are a bunch of knockoffs but honestly they compromise in quality. They’re not as well built and don’t have that same heavyweight feel to it. I tried some of the cheaper knockoffs and returned them because of quality issues and finally settled on the name brand.

This is a great tool for preparing single and double espresso shots at home. I'm getting much better espresso pulls after getting this.No regrets about my purchase. It works well with the Breville barista express.
