Best shaker I’ve had. The design keeps it pretty clean compared to others that I have tried. Easy to wipe it clean. Fits perfectly for my 54mm portfilter. I would recommend this shaker.

It does its job. I think it can be a good replacement for a WDT, but it does have a few small issues. For example, quite a bit of coffee sticks to the inner walls maybe around 4 grams. However, I found a trick to avoid this: before using it, you can coat the inside with some ground coffee so that when you add the freshly ground coffee you’ll actually brew with, it won’t stick as much (or at all).Another tip is to hold the cup firmly but without applying too much pressure, because it could open up and cause the coffee to fly out.Other than that, it’s a decent product.Just remember: shake it gently, not too hard and not for too long!

I like how simple this dosing cup is -- just collect the grinded coffee grounds, close it, shake it around, and then empty it into the portafilter. It does a really good job at breaking up the chunks and ensuring that the grounds are distributed evenly.

This espresso machine tool is very high quality and well made. Works as advertised. Durable material and sleek, smooth matte black finish. I can tell it will likely last forever with minimal wear and tear over time. Very easy to use and clean. Portion controls espresso easily and accurately. The magnetic way it attaches is strong. Stays put and secure during use. Tamper works well. A couple things I didn’t like: It’s a bit taller and heavier than another attachment I purchased that does the same thing. The other attachment I have screws onto the portafilter instead of magnetizing and is much shorter and lighter weight. This allows me to place it directly on the grind holder while grinding. In my opinion, it’s easier to use and store. It’s also the same color as my portafilter, a silver color, which matches better… Overall, this tool does a terrific job for its intended purpose, is very nice quality and great value for the price. There is simply a different design I also own that I personally prefer and find more convenient and less cumbersome to use.

If you thought WDT was the solution to your uneven extractions, you were wrong! The blind shaker is the WAY TO GO!I went from WDT and a moderate amount of channeling with my Breville Bambino to professional level extraction in an instant. Had to coarsen the grounds because of how evenly they tamped, leaving less room for the water to push through.Made sour/bitter coffee taste velvety and sweet!Value is worth every penny! Easy to use, easy to clean! Built like a TANK! Black, matte, what more do you want for your espresso bar?!?
