I used this pan today, sprayed with regular Pam spray. Cake came out perfect. Taking it to a dinner party to ight. Clean up was a breeze.

I have dozens of Nordic Ware bundt and cake pans and receive a lot of compliments when I share items I have baked in them. I look forward to using this pineapple upside down pan soon. The reason why I gave it 4 out of 5 stars is that the material of this pan is a little thinner (I'd say 1/3rd the tickness) of my other norfic ware bakeware. I bought this on sale and it was reasonably affordable so the price likley reflects the thinner material. Still, I wanted to let other bakers know because the thickness of pans does impact the method and result of the bake.

I thought they were cast aluminum, they are not, but I purchased 2, and used both at one baking, the results were great...there was minimal clean up required

It gets the job done, the main fault is just that it’s very difficult to compact all the way after it’s been opened. The handle also falls off pretty easy.

I made a pineapple upside down cake but any fruit would do. Very light. Easy to clean. Great size.

I chose this product because my house only has one bath tub and I wanted something that I could keep stored away once we had our daughter, since kids bath toys accumulate quickly. This design is excellent, it’s easily collapsible yet also very sturdy and holds up well to its intended use.
