Tocó flauta hace 5 años y quería una flauta para dejarla fuera del estuche y practicar de manera breve y ocasional sin necesidad de sacar la metálica, utilizarla y limpiarla totalmente antes de volverla a guardar. Es sorprendentemente fácil de tocar, ligera y el C grave suena increíble. Una excelente opción que si funciona y que no es costosa comparada con una flauta metálica.

The instrument is very good by all means.However my honest advice is that it is harder to play than a normal flute.Reaching low or high notes require serious effort.I am convinced a total beginner may get frustrated.This instrument I think is for those who already know how to play and want a sturdy very nice sounding flute to take around carefree (a little bit)

Nuvo Student Flute 2.0 blackThe item arrived in the date expected, complete and in good order.I am a long-term amateur musician, playing mainly flute and tenor and soprano saxophones.The flute is used as an always ready instrument for daily practice, saving my expensive Altus flute.The sound produced is good, with much lower projection than a metal flute, which is very convenient for home practice without causing too much trouble to neighbors.I think that is a good alternative for starting the flute playing, and if the interest remains, can always be used for holidays or other occasions where a metal flute could suffer damage.For my daily practice has been very important enabling to play in the available few spare minutes in the day, without worrying with maintenance. As always there is some time to adapt to the embouchure, variable with flute playing experience, but to me it is easy to go from low C to 3rd octave A. The flute is very light weighted, and the mechanism seems robust, and maintenance easy.In conclusion, an excellent acquisition to enable me to increase the frequency of my flute practice with a very affordable price and complete set of accessories.Recommendations: the G# key could be more robust and the case smaller. The flute embouchure can be a bit slippery, but a piece of matt adhesive tape can easily solve the problem.

Tenía muchas ganas de probarla. Suena bastante bien para ser plástico y es fácil tocarla, sin embargo es difícil lograr el registro agudo o dinámicas.La recomiendo para iniciar a niños

El registro grave y medio son interesantes y resonantes el registro agudo requiere mayor destreza y técnica. No alcanza la tercera octava con calidad. Pero me parece una muy buena opción para iniciar.

First of all if you are thinking of taking up the flute and/or want to inspire a young person to take up flute via lessons I would strongly recommend you get one of these.First of all you get an instrument that is fully plastic, durable and can be cleaned (i.e. with some warm water with mild soap/detergent) nothing strong though.The price may seem a bit expensive but you will save yourself a lot of money if the person decides this is not for them as you probably know you need a lot of patience.With the metal alloy flute of which for beginners they are silver plated and a new one will set you back a few hundred pounds and if the student of any age progresses to the next intermediate level you'd better be sitting down before you here where the price starts.Also they are not as robust as this one especially in young hands.Please Note - I'm not a professional flautist but I'm returning after many, many years and I did a lot of research also if you wanted to let younger person use this flute you only have to purchase a shorter head and foot joint and it will allow you to save towards a better quality instrument.

Easy to take apart and being able to wash it definitely helps especially when your young kid loves to use it while eating.

Toco flauta desde hace décadas y soy maestra de música, realmente me sorprendió el sonido en registro medio y grave. Los agudos son buenos pero hay que ubicar de inicio a donde dirigir el aire. La afinación es relativamente estable en interiores, no la he utilizado al exterior. Excelente opción para iniciar o bien para niños pues trae una especie de adaptador.Por la relación calidad/precio vale la pena en lugar de las flautas de niquel que no afinan y que las zapatillas no asientan del mismo precio.El estuche me gustó mucho y es resistente.Muy recomendada al igual que el Clarineo que también compré.Todos los Nuvo instrumentos tienen un código QR para descargar un libro digital con audios de acompañamiento para comenzar a tocar.Buena compra. Gracias NUVO.
