We moved into an old house where the bathroom had last been remodeled about 20 years ago. They installed a 12" rough-in toilet atop a 14" rough-in waste pipe, resulting in several inches between the back of the tank and the wall. Moreover, the toilet position did not meet code in that there was insufficient clearance between the front lip and the bathtub directly across. Thanks to this flange, our contractor was able to install a new 12" rough-in toilet set 2" further back, bringing the toilet into code and eliminating nearly all of the dead space behind the tank. A really simple and elegant solution to our woes!

Tenía problemas para fijar el inodoro al piso, por el espacio reducido que el plomero había dejado. La loseta ya estaba colocada y en México no pude encontrar ningún wc que se adecuara al espacio; tampoco encontraba un dispositivo que me resolviera el problema. Afortunadamente me encontré con esta maravilla, por cierto con un precio excelente.

El Producto es de buena calidad, el diseño esta muy bueno, el problema es que reducen en el interior el desagüe, otro problema es que en Mexico manejamos 4 pulgadas sin reducción a 3 pulgadas así que hay adaptarlo

Received an Oatey product (I mention as a previous review apparently did not). Offset was adjustable with metal ring as described and allowed me to move the toilet while clearing a beam underneath. Has the recommended angle to mitigate clogging. Much better than the "big box store" brands which I did not feel confident installing (again referencing the Sioux products of a prior reviewer).
