I made an arm out of RAM mounts, that starts with a base suctioned to my glass coffee table and ends with this MagSafe cell holder. The entire arm stands just over a foot tall and is shaped so this is positioned just like in the pic and my cell's screen is pointed right at me while I'm sitting on the couch. The magnets are nice and strong and hold my iPhone 16 Pro Max with big case with no problem. Construction is flawless and everything feels and seems solid. Very easy 5 stars!

This Super Magnetic Cell Phone Holder Base with 1" Ball for MagSafe is an excellent upgrade tosuction cup car dash kits. The magnet is very strong and much more superior to what comes with mostany ball mount kit regardless of the intended market.This Super Magnetic MagSafe phone holder is equipt with a 1" ball head making this a very versatilephone holder to have for 1" ball heads are pretty standard. I have used this little guy as a kick stand at my desk as well in my car and outside of my car attached to a RAM arm setup and a magnetic car rig for videography.This Super Magnetic Cell Phone Holder Base with 1" Ball for MagSafe mostly lives in my camera kit. It helps me to be able to quickly attach my camera to walls or just about any other surface with the help ofa 1" ball comparable arm. It's become my number one RAM accessories. I have some units with grooves/rings along the ball for extra grip and some without and I don't think anyone design is more superior to the other. Be sure to tighten and secure the ball mount and you'll have zero issues securing it unless you've exceeded the PAYLOAD. And although the magnet is strong I would not recommend MagSafe period for anything active such as ATV use or even running. I would recommend something more secure like the 1" ball mount with 1/4" thread accompanied by a phone cage.If you're a urban photographer/videographer who uses magic arms often RAM arms is something you should deffeenitly consider for it's versatility and strength because unlike magic arms designed with the photographer in mind it lacks customization which RAM mounts offer.

Hate to give a bad review on this because it might work for SOMEBODY but I can't see it working for most folks, and here's why: Instead of having a rubber-coated ball mount like all my other ram stuff the ball is instead made of hard metal with a grooved pattern cut around the circumference. That means no matter how hard I tighten down the clamp, it just keeps moving around in the socket on one axis. That makes it pretty much useless. If you have a socket that is internally rubberized or texturized to reduce slippage then maybe that would work. Usually the ball itself is rubberized. It's definitely not compatible with most standard style aluminum arms. Disappointing because it feels very high quality otherwise.

I love the bladder but about 1 week ago I snapped both locking tabs. I do t know how, I always make sure it’s tightly pressed together prior to twisting the tabs closed. Anyway I just now today 03/31/19 was able to get the time to file a return so I could order a replacement and the return window closed yesterday!!! OGIO, if you see this review and are able to issue me a replacement I’ll gladly up the stars to 5, until then, my review remains at 1 star...

I have the 3L bladder and it has no issues, but for some reason I have cracked two sets of the 2L tabs. I really like the pack, and the 3L bladder is fine, but the plastic or fit in the locking system keeps snapping tabs. I'm done with ordering replacements.
