I figure being GenX it's finally time to own a wine glass and not only drink from the bottle. That's still a solid option, but company seems to appreciate these much more. Easy to clean and are a nice quality.

The description of these glasses clearly states their size, 28 ounces. That's large, even larger than the 25-ounce glasses I currently use. For me, that is definitely not a negative. No one says you have to fill a glass to its rim. In fact, the purpose of a glass this size and shape is to enhance a wine's bouquet. I have a cabinet displaying a full range of fine glassware, much of it inherited and antique, but I was looking for replacements for my diminishing supply of day-to-day wine glasses. These ROVSYA glasses are reasonably priced. I've put my other wine glasses in the dishwasher, but these are supposed to be handwashed. Not a big deal. Toasting by clinking glasses is often considered poor etiquette, but I clinked two of these handblown glasses together. The tone is delightfully deep, mellow and long-lasting. I can't claim to be a sommelier, a connoisseur of fine wines (one of my favorite cabs comes in a box), or an expert on wine glasses. I'm just very pleased with these glasses.

I really like these glasses. They are large, well made, and thin.Yes, being thin and large means they are more fragile, for sure. However, I prefer to use thin glasses as I find the experience more enjoyable.All of mine are level and don't rock on their bases.The price is a bit high at over $40, given that this is not a name-brand, but the quality isn't a problem. I would suggest a good price would be more like $30.
