Olde Thompson makes absolutely the best salt and pepper mills. They come with a lifetime warranty so will never need replacing. I have several that I have had for years and they work as well as the day they were purchased. The salt mills are corrosion free unlike many cheaper ones. I love the elegant design. It complements my favorite wooden pepper mill.

Sencillamente bonito, elegante y nada ostentoso. De muy buen gusto. Tamaño perfecto para una cocina pequeña o bien para mostrar en tu mesa. Lo mejor: viene con sal incluida! Lo peor: nada. Altamente recomendable. Carpe diem

Salt mill was not adjustable and ground salt to almost a powder. Bought a different one and used this one for another spice.

I will never understand why salt and pepper shakers are sold separately! It is all about balance, you need one without the other. However, my significant other purchased pepper on its lonesome and I was grateful to find its matching counterpart. It is the right brand/shape and size. It works well. Make sure you have balance of spices in your life!

....Olde Thompson is THE standard, for style, quality and performance ~ I have used a set daily for the last 45 years ~ my "olde" pepper grinder is still in perfect working order, so I'll shine up my first pair and use them on my table ~ this latest Amzn purchase of the two new see-through Thompson S+P grinders will be used in the kitchen for food prep ~ likely, for the next 45 years!!!....buy, use + give the best......Z
