It’s not super easy to multimode LC duplex cables short enough for patch cables in a rack setup like I have. I installed an LC fiber patch panel in my rack and use that to patch fiber connections to my SFP+ 10Gb fiber transceivers. Instead of pulling out al my old Cat5E cable and replacing it with Cat6 or cat6A cables, I decided to run multimode LC duplex cables and a multimode MPO cable. The MPO cable has 6 pairs of fiber conductors and I used a breakout cable on one side, then attached the 6 LC duplex cables to the back of this patch panel. The three LC duplex jacks on the right side of the panel are discrete MMF runs to our living room and our secondary office. This cable is priced appropriately, if not on the cheaper side and functions perfectly. The LC terminations are properly installed and I measured little to no loss, so it’s a good quality LC patch cable. While it is only OM3 (denoted by the color aqua) that happens to be the quality of cable I ran for the discrete LC cable from the office to the secondary office. The rest of the fiber runs are OM4 or OM5 to help future-proof for 40Gb and 100Gb speeds in the future. The length of the cable turned out to be perfect for the patch I needed to make between the patch panel and the SFP+ transceiver. I had zero issues with connectivity or signal loss, that’s the beauty of digital connections, you either make a good connection or you don’t. If you need a good quality LC fiber patch cable, I recommend this brand highly.

I know shipping isn't the thing to really talk about, but if you have ever ordered small quantities of fiber cables, you know the pain -- the cable arrives in a padded envelope and if you are lucky some additional bubble wrap - and the envelope, although marked "Fragile" will have been folded, usually more than once with at least one hard crease.Then you are off to do a return return and hope the next one survives.This seller not only placed a single cable in a strong cardboard box, but the interior contained yet another cardboard structure to help avoid such breakage.I can count on one finger how many times I have seen cables arrive intact in padded envelopes.Now, on to the actual cable. Used it for a 10gbps link between two devices and it worked just fine. Got full speed from it without an issue.

this fiber cable works great, and it has exceeded my expectations.
