Managing keysets can be a major headache when moving from site to site and with different key types. We chose this unit because:1) Durable weatherproof material with a handle and shoulder strap. Super portable and accessible.2) Multi-colored tags to distinguish keysets and types.3) Two internal pockets to hold non-key materials. It is a well thought out and useful product!

In my office, we've got a jar full of keys. Some of them are unlabelled and only a handful of people know what they go to. Some of them are labeled with weird keychains that are all tangled up.This is really of value for us as it gives us a concrete place to keep our keys without having to install a special piece of furniture on the wall. We can just put the key binder in a secure room and pull it out when we need something.Cons:The cover of this case feels sticky. It's NOT sticky, but it FEELS sticky. There's something about the fireproofing or waterproofing that makes the exterior feel a little odd, but doesn't leave anything on your hands. This isn't a dealbreaker, just something to get used to.The selection of colors doesn't match the row count like in the picture. When I took the initial survey today, it came out that there's a full row plus two red tags (for example). This also isn't a serious problem just something to know.Pros:I think the idea of this key binder is really a wonderful solution to the problem a lot of organizations have of needing to keep keys secure, clearly identified, and organized enough to let you find what you're looking for in a hurry if needed. The two flaps that cover each selection of keys leave ample room to add paperwork, like a directory of what keys go to what, alarm passwords, or something similar. The zippers are small but connect with an overlapping loop that would work with a small combo lock (like a luggage lock). The security problem is that you can pick the whole thing up and run with it. BUT because it's mobile you can use it where you need it and put it in a safe place (or even a safe) when you don't.I'm really excited about this solution to our key problem. Highly recommend.

Almost all of us have a collection of miscellaneous keys, from spare door keys to ones for tool boxes, file drawers, etc.. I've been looking for a nice way to organize mine, and this is going to do a good job of it.Plenty of space to store and organize those keys. Each spot has a clip to hold the associated tag in place. You can write on the tags to indicate what the key goes to. The keys are on the insides of the front and back covers, there is a divider between them with a bit of extra storage. The material has an 'odd' feel to it, but nothing off putting, I just don't know how else to describe it. I'm sure it is from the protective properties infused into it. The zippers work easily and appear sturdy.I would love to see the company offer one about half this size as it does hold a LOT. That's not a criticism, and it isn't huge, but a smaller version for home would be appropriate for many people. That said, this is going to do a great job for me.
