By far, this is the best paper tray that I have encountered! This 4-tier acrylic paper tray deserves a much higher star rating than just 5-stars. The acrylic is thick and sturdy. The see-through aspect of the clear acrylic enhances organization. All edges are rounded. And the design of this 4-tier paper tray has a wonderfully nice look to it. This is not a stackable 4-tier paper tray, whereby the trays can be separated from one another. In contrast to the more common stackable paper trays, this item has attractive support rods that are screwed-in to hold the 4-tiers together to create a complete unit. (Directions are included.) You can turn the unit in any direction and the 4-tiers will stay together. If you are in need of a flat top surface, you could turn this unit upside down and probably use it that way. It’s that sturdy! I like the orientation of the trays. Papers are inserted straight in, and not turned horizontally, as is the case with many other paper trays.The packing of this item was impressive. Lots of plastic wrap was used during packing to prevent any scratching of surfaces, and then a protective sheet of foam was wrapped around it all. From beginning to end, a lot of heart went into the design, creation, packaging, and shipping of this 4-tier clear acrylic paper tray. Easily a 10-star rating or more! Absolutely recommend!

There is nothing wrong with this four tier acrylic paper organizer, but it's built differently than any other one that I've ever received. It was kind of difficult to put together because you had to balance acrylic panels while trying to screw in these little rods that hold the trays in. So, just be sure that you want to put some work into it if you want to buy these. They are clear and beautiful and make your desk look very clean. There is about an inch left over after I put a normal 81/2 x11 sheet of paper in there, so I think it would also fit legal size papers. That's one reason it wouldn't fit for the space that I wanted to put it in because it was a little bit too long sticking out, but if you don't have a space issue, or if you're looking for something a little bit longer than normal trays, this is for you.

It took me about ten minutes to fully assemble this clear acrylic paper organizer. Once I assembled it, I found it to be rather sturdy and a good deal for the price. I will say that the instructions are lacking at best and were not really helpful. I recommend looking at a photo of the assembled product, then replicating what you see with the various parts and pieces. A good organizer for the price.
