This light works well, nice and bright. But...be careful when unfolding for the first time. The joints can break if the screws are too tight (made of flimsy plastic). I loosened mine up a bit and it opens and closes easily now. Also, charging cable has nice USB-C connector (not the old outdated USB-micro size). It is a little fragile so I deduct 1 star for that.

Got the opportunity to use it around the house locating a water heater leak in a dark area. It is sturdy with a very strong magnet, and the light at the tip is very bright and reaches far into cavities where another design would not. The strip beam with its round brightness control is really good and allows for precise brightness intensity without fixed steps. Overall feels like a strong durable tool but, only time will tell. It is not something you would want to throw around without regard to damage but I do intend to use it mainly for automotive repair work and think will perform that very well.I contacted the seller through Amazon.com and they replied that the unit has a 1 year warranty. which is appropriate because I wouldn' t have purchased it without any warranty.Glad I purchased it and would recommend it.

Although the light itself is bright enough it's not always easy to find a metal surface to secure it too , so, at times you have no support for the light .It needs some sort of a fold out bracket, maybe like tripod to support it .

Charge doesn’t last very long compare with bigger brother model but good for short time slots good magnet
