The cover for the probe has several temperature sets for all meats, giving you temps for rare up to well done. There is a tab to switch from *F to *C. The face has large readout frame, which swivels from perpendicular to about 90 degrees. and I have found this an easy tool to check and make sure the meat I am cooking is the correct temperature to remove from the oven.

It’s sleek, easy to clean has a nice case to put over the actual thermometer. It’s been a very good thermometer to have in my kitchen.

This is very easy to use, can adjust the screen at different angles to read more easily It's small enough to store away in a drawer. Great price compared to other similar thermometers - cooking temperatures ready printed on it so you can easily check the correct temperature for each type of meat/poultry you are cooking. Very happy with my purchase and came the next day after ordering - excellent service.
