The Soundsbay Acoustic Panels are an excellent choice for improving sound quality and reducing noise. The 12-pack of self-adhesive, high-density panels is easy to install and sticks securely to walls, ceilings, or doors. The panels are sleek and clean in white, blending seamlessly into any space. At 12" × 12" × 0.4", they're perfect for offices, studios, or home use. These panels effectively absorb sound, creating a quieter and more professional environment. Highly recommend for anyone looking to enhance acoustics or reduce echoes!

Not a pure white color.. a bit of an ashy hue to it. Will not work with my very white kitchen.

These panels are very nice, super easy to use. I like that you can do different patterns, not just one. They stick very well to the wall. I'm still working on finishing my office walls so I'm not sure on how effective they are but I can say that they look great and for the price they're at least worth a try.

These are decent panels that you can stick onto your wall to absorb light reflections of sound. They come in a plastic wrapped package of 12 panels that are about 12 in x 12 in. The material is a very dense or rather hard material that kind of feels like Styrofoam a little. It's only about a quarter inch thick. There is an adhesive side where you peel off layer and you can stick it on. The sticks on very nicely and it definitely helps that it is lightweight because if it was too heavy it would probably start falling off the wall. I haven't pulled these off yet so I'm not sure what it will do to my paint but I would probably expect your paint to be ruined once you stick it on. Upon using it I think they are just okay. I think they absorb any light reflections from like speaking or any higher frequency type of sounds but they definitely do not absorb the majority of the sound especially Bass. I think they are a good supplement to some room treatment, if that is what you are aiming after for a studio or such but for simple applications of just wanting to improve the sound a little bit I think these are okay. They come with a pattern on the face where they connect with the other panels, so you can get a little creative and lay these out in a creative way. Overall I am pleased with these but they are only good in certain applications.

I got these to cover one side of a door that has always allowed sound to pas right through it from the hallway on the other side of it. The panels have definitely made a difference. They didn't eliminate the noise completely but I think if you temper your expectations, you'll be pleasantly surprised with how much of a difference these panels actually make. They were a little bit tough to trim. I used a heavy duty utility knife and it worked well. Make sure your blade is super sharp. My first couple of cuts didn't come out looking so great.
