Update: Customer Service contacted me and gave me a refund as well as to try a new batch. So far the new batch is doing good, but i just installed so we will see how it works out.The filter was already reregistering 25 PPG on the zero water meter! Maybe it was a used one? Poor quality!

Works just as well as the brand name one, for a lot less $$. I get about 20 gallons out of one filter before I change it - much less than buying distilled water gallons.

Sadly, this product does not come anywhere near to performing similarly to the genuine Zero water filters. They are not a suitable substitute at a lower price. They are an inferior product. Returning them to switch back to the genuine Zero filters. More specifically, they don't allow the water to flow through the filter normally, water sits in the upper reservoir and filter will not allow lower reservoir to more than 1/3rd to 1/2 full. This MIGHT be caused by air trapped inside the filter, a known issue for even the genuine Zero filters. However, unlike the genuine Zero filters, this filter is made of a hard plastic that makes it impossible to squeeze the filter to remove air bubbles, as is sometimes necessary on the the real Zero filters. Not worth the savings.

These were purchased as replacement filters and have not been used as yet. However, they are identical in every way to the original filters except they are much cheaper. Very good replacement in my thinking.

So cute and comfy. BUT size up! I read the reviews and so glad I did . My usual size would have been way too small! One size up was perfect

These are super cute and comfy but mine came with missing sequins. So I'm returning and buying again in the hopes that the next pair won't be defective. I'm a size 9 and got the 8.5. It was a perfect fit. Not too big and not to tight.

These are so cute! I just wish they would have shipped them in a better package. They came without any stuffing in the shoe and they were only shipped in a bag. Once I got then they were smashed down pretty good. I was able to reshape them and they were a big hit for the birthday girl!
