I got these for a room with 3 brothers sharing desks next to each other. They each needed their own space and these easily made it so they don't have to complain about the other guy bothering him too much. They installed easily and made it almost like having a cubicle for the kids. they can even play against each other on their video games without the other one seeing what they are doing on screen.They do seem to absorb a little bit of the sound instead of bouncing it around more and it dampens the voices.Overall a great way to provide work spaces for multiple people even for something like a home schooling situation.

Bought these for my office. The ceilings are so tall and sound has been unbearable some days. Love that they were easy to assemble and moveable depending on where the sounds are coming from. I would highly recommend and will be purchasing more

I work in a busy office where most of our time is spent on web calls. We have some cubicle walls, but they don't do much to dampen the noise from the people on calls around me. We all have noise-canceling headphones, but to be honest, they just make people talk louder since they can’t hear themselves well. I got these dividers to help block incoming noise and reduce how much of my voice carries. They are the advertised size and about a quarter-inch thick. They come with mounting screws and adhesive tape, so you can choose how to install them. I opted for wall-hanging Velcro to avoid damaging my desk. I also positioned my monitors directly on my desk so I wouldn’t have to look up, and inadvertently project my voice upward, making the sound travel farther. I set up the dividers this morning, and when the office was full of people on calls, I immediately noticed a huge difference. Overall, I highly recommend these dividers. I think they’d work great for offices, classrooms, or even podcasters. The sound stays contained, and my coworkers said they barely heard me all day. Blissfully, I haven’t heard them either.

Looking for a way to help split a room to share as an office while keeping the sound minimized? This will be a very helpful part of the solution. They are easy to assemble, look really nice, block sound and allow you to pin notes and pictures for easy viewing.
