This is the 'name-brand' filter, NOT a Chinese copy.Note that the photo in the listing shows the filter a bit shorter than the actual item, but the dimensions listed in the ad are correct. The image variation caused me to double-check before ordering, but it IS the 'GEN-U-WYNE' correct Parker/Racor filter.

Great filter but overpriced! There are filters on the market that are a lot cheaper and will likely work just fine! No argument this is a great filter and I bought it to filter gas on my boat from a tank that hasn't been used for a long time. If you know your tank is good you can probably use a less expense filter.

Really protects our big outboard from junk and especially water. Worth every cent when you are 80 miles from any help. My husband always carries at least one spare and often 2 on long trips. We are in remote Alaska and fuel quality is often poor and water is a constant battle. We won't run boats without these excellent water blocking filters.
