Doesn’t not fit a 4x6 , more like a 4x4 or 4x5.The plastic is thick durable quality though. And the lanyard is a good thick material. If your looking for a smaller size than 4x6 , I recommend this product.

This product was the right size for making the name badges I needed. Arrival was quick as I waited until the last minute. That was a mistake on my part. When they arrived the plastic was rather stiff & several of the badges split. I need them in the next few days for an overseas trip I was going on with my group, so there wasn't any time to return them. It appears that the product may have been sitting in the warehouse too long & maybe started to dry rot. The size that I ordered was supposed to be able to hold a passport but when I put my passport in the badge holder it split. Therefore I did not tell my clients to use this as a passport holder in the event they wanted to keep theirs with them. I just had them use it as a name holder so we could all recognize one another, & to ID ourselves as a group when necessary. NO I definitely would not buy this again nor recommend it. Again I think it sat in the warehouse or wherever it is stored long beyond it's capacity. Seems like I was sent old badges instead of freshly made ones. This would seem to be something that should be checked to be sure the stock is fresh & not old & out of date. I could not return them & get better ones in time or I would have done so. So I had to eat the cost on this one.
