These are good. I have quite a few colour variations and lead sizes.Colour is more of a dull deep red. What you see as the first picture with the pencil next to the box.Only thing that I’m bothered by with these is the horrible clip. I mean it works… but it is uncomfortable and not attractive at all.

Best pencil. If you’re going to college, invest in the best, with the .9 lead, it can handle the pressure without breaking. The eraser is top-notch too. I buy these for my kids for school. Nothing is worse than a dull pencil. In my opinion, they are a little pricey, but I think they’re worth it. They have a great weight and they’re comfortable

Many pencils have at least one flaw, if not many, but this one has nothing I don't like. The finger grip is smooth and yet grips. The barrels are made well and look attractive. The whole pencil fits well, and feels good in my hand. It has a very long, and wide eraser, which winds up easily. Most importantly, it is easy to write with, and even with frequent, heavy use, lasts for years. Not only is all that true, but it comes in purple too!
