My dogs love this. Easy to clean and doesn’t spill over as much as other water dishes I have used. Good purchase for us.

Great choice for fresh, clean water for pet owners. It’s quiet, easy to clean, and a huge water capacity. Its a bit tall for my shihtzu and was a learning curve for her to start using it but it makes it super easy for always "clean or fresh water" opposed to your typical water dish. Its less of a hassle I suppose?Negatives - It takes up space and uses electric (ugh). You'd probably need to swap filters every so often. More work to clean it.TBH I like a dish and its easier than maintaining this fountain for my tiny fur baby.

My cats were a little intimidated by it to start, but this owner sure loves it! It changes color and flashes if the water is getting low. HUGE help in a busy household! The cats have grown to love it too!

This seems a little flimsy, but works. However my dog will not drink from it. He is finicky about his drinking water and was hoping this would get him to drink from it. This seems more troublesome due to the cleaning time, vs just a simple bowl, which I am back to again. I gave only 4 stars because of this.

Our cats love the center pump placement for the way it bubbles up the center of the fountain. Holds a large capacity of water, and very easy to clean.Has an easily visible tank, and the blue light turns red when low capacity. 10/10
