I absolutely love these plates. They are light and compact so don't take up much room for storage. They're great for outdoor use or when we have guests over. I love that they are dishwasher safe as well.

Ordered these to coordinate with some melamine salad plates that we use in our outdoor cook shack. They are cute, though a bit thin. Only time will tell how they hold up, but so far I am pleased.

I am very happy with these plates. I was looking for a paper plate substitute to reduce our paper product use. Unlike most of the plastic/melamine plates, these are only 9", the exact same dimension as most paper plates. They fit (as pictured) in one of those paper plate holders. As others have mentioned, they are thin, which for us (full-time RVers) is a plus! Each plate weighs only 127g, the same as 12 cheapo paper plates. They stack snugly, as shown. Despite being thin, they feel substantial, and I doubt that durability will be an issue. I believe they would hold whatever you want to serve on them, including a fat steak and baked potato, though you would likely want a larger plate for this meal. This size is perfect for a sandwich and chips, pizza, burger, any kid-size meal, etc. The pebbled design with rope border is attractive. I imagine if you use a knife to cut on them, or scour them when washing, the nice shiny finish will scratch, though to be fair, I have not tested that theory. If you're an RVer, be aware that the stack is a bit slide-y, so secure them for travel.

I liked these plates so much that I ordered a set for a friend. They are a great size. The are attractive, durable, lightweight, and stackable.

They look like porcelain but they are light and good for picnics
