The item is precisely what the seller said. This is critical. There are MANY types of quick couplings and the user must be aware. I ordered type M quick couplings in brass and was shipped that. The project I have designed is all type M brass so you can be certain I wanted to be absolutely sure on this purchase. The quality is as good as any I have seen. Tested to 180psi pressure and 26" vacuum. Those numbers are well beyond normal use.10 stars for this vendor. I will be buying more of these.

they seem to work well, not tested long term, but put them on my wood shop hoses for the air nailers, and seem to be working well so far,

These things are a great value for the price. Solid brass, six chrome steel balls and a solid ring on the end to prevent accidental disengagement of the tool. Real handy for those tight spaces. Also was impressed with the security and stability of the 6 balls over my three ball fittings.

Hello everyone. I know that there have been other reviewers here that have given this product a negative review, but my experience has been quite different. I am the plant manager for a manufacturing facility that produces various different products such as kitchen cabinetry, cabinet doors, cabinetry component products, and we have two full lines that manufacture metal storage buildings. I have purchased these couplers multiple different times for our plant, and if my memory serves me correct, I have replaced nearly every original coupler in our plant with these Primefit couplers.We have so many pneumatic tools in the plant it would take hours to count them all...everything from framing nailers, cabinetry nailers and staple guns, roofing nailers, air powered sanding equipment, cup gun sprayers, air-assisted/airless paint spraying pumps, etc., etc.We use these Primefit quick disconnect fittings on all of our tools and our woodworking machinery as well, and I have no complaints! I mean look at the deal you're getting on this product! Where the heck else are you gonna get these couplers for this price?! However, they do NOT last forever. I just want to be clear that I'm not saying that at all. What I'm saying is simply that they are a great bargain for the price and the product you receive.I would remind simply everyone of this one thing: It is VERY rare these days that you will find any product which is "made like it used to be"! The only thing that we can do these days is find a comparably priced product that is manufactured with decent quality and just go for it!...and that's the truth whether you like it or not!IMHO this product is a great bargain! If you want to pay a lot more for a coupler that will last a couple months longer than these, be my guest, but my experience is (I've been in the manufacturing business over 22 years) with the way guys treat your tools, no tool lasts forever!Just my $.02 people... :-)Regards,Matt
