Nota:
La profundidad del motor de diferentes modelos es diferente. Si la sonda de prueba no se puede sumergir en el aceite, por favor, retira el aceite del motor para la prueba. Algunos modelos no tienen un calibre de aceite, por lo que la sonda no se puede insertar para la prueba, y el aceite también debe sacarse para la prueba.

excelente herramienta, la usé para probar el aceite de mi carro y de mi familia y funcionó de maravilla.uno tenia 1 mes de nuevo y marcó 100%otros 2 tenian ya rato y me indicó 70% y 40%, de acuerdo al manual el de 40% ya se debe remplazar y si notaba. aunque todavia no estaba quemado.en pocas palabras si tu cambias el aceite de tu carro es una muy buena herramienta para tener.

use it just 2 times and it get stuck in dip stick hole . The outer cover forever buried in the engine.update :seller send a new one and working now. so far happy with purchase.

Easy to use and easy to understand. Unit is somewhat cheaply built and the two doesn't set of batteries down stay firmly in place. Not sure how precisely accurate the reading is either but it's not far off at least a d overall this is a useful item to have around the garage.

I tested this in my oil and I'm not sure how accurate it is. I was testing a 2007 dodge 3500 6.7 cummins. I tested the new oil and it tested at 90%, then I tested the old oil and it tested at 20% though I am almost positive this oil had no oil life left as I have put well over 8k miles on it and it was a good mix of hard 80 mph highway driving and stop and go in town driving as well as a 30 minute warm up each day for a 2.4. mile drive taking my toddler to school and picking him up. I then filled the oil in my truck and ran it for 20 minutes to get everything circulating and then measured that oil and also got 20%. So it seems to read low, very low and also high. I will check again with my husbands 1993 Subaru Impreza when he comes home from work next week.

I bought this to check the onboard computer oil sensor. The sensor cable is long enough and but it will not fit all the way down the dipstick tube far enough to reach the oil. I was going to return it but the vendor was kind enough to offer a refund so I have updated the stars on my review to note how above and beyond the vendor went to make sure I am happy. I would have returned it in new and unused condition, but since I will be keeping it (thanks to nice vendor!!), I decided to test it with a new bottle of oil and it came back 100%. This weekend, I am going to change my oil and test it to see if what this reads in the disposal pan matches what my truck computer says. I will update my review with the results. I really wished It worked with my vehicle! Maybe the next version will have a smaller sensor, like the flat dipstick.

Took this out of the box and it is easy to use and understand, however I gave it a 1 star review for two reasons.1. The probe on the end needs to be smaller. When you put this down your dipstick tube it can easily catch causing it to be difficult to remove.2. THE BIGGEST ISSUE is that it's not accurate. I tried it in three different brands/types of brand new oil, and all of them came back as 90% new. Royal Purple Full Synthetic 0w-20, Mobile 1 full synthetic 5w-30, and Valvoline 5w-30.
