Included in package: Grip strength tester, Usb C charging cable, ManualPros:- Unit works as advertised. grip handle and it gives you a reading in lbs/kgs- can set multiple profiles- keeps a log of of previous top measurements- adjustable grip- built in lcd displayCons:- None.Conclusion: Does exactly as advertised and i got one because I'm heavy into weight lifting and was curious about my grip strength so i can monitor it over time and see if it improves. Definitely not a necessity for most people but if you want to gauge grip strength it works well. 4/5 i recommend this product.

This hand grip strength tester works perfectly. It's well-made with a solid design that looks nice, and the backlit LED display adds a premium feel to it compared to other grip strength testers I’ve seen. Note that there is no padding on the grip, but I believe this is intentional as padding could reduce your maximal grip strength during the measurements.One feature I really like is that it automatically records the highest weight you squeeze. Even if you only reach your peak strength for a second, it logs that measurement and that is the number that is displayed. Overall, it works really well and is even better than I expected.
