Good product, only reason why I didn’t give 5 stars is it wasn’t the right kind for what I needed.

These are a substantial upgrade to the horrible stock eyecups on the Canon 15x50 and 18x50 IS binoculars.The stock Canon eyecups are of course too wide and cut into most folk's nose, too far to see the field stops in their standard position, and too close causing blackouts when folded back. Garbage eyecups on an otherwise nice binocular. Fortunately they come off quite easily. They are partially held on by some silicone or similar weak adhesive, but with some patient tugging and pealing can be removed without any damage to the binoculars or the eyecups themselves should you chose to put them back on.These replacement eyecups fit perfectly around the eyepieces and will stay on without any adhesive necessary, though of course you could add a bit to make them extra secure. They are soft and pliable making them comfortable and will not cut into your skin the way the horrible Canon ones do. In addition, they are just the perfect height to making seeing the entire field of view easy without causing black outs. These should have been the stock eyecups!The stock Canon eyecups do extend a bit further down the body of the eyecups, and so these replacements leave a gap some might consider unsightly. An easy cosmetic fix is to get two 40mm OD, 34mm ID, 3mm thick O rings to fill the gap.

I was ready to throw out this old pair of binoculars. So I got on the internet and found these eye pieces that fit perfectly were very soft and functional and made with quality materials. I now enjoy my old binoculars.

Good product but doesn't fit nikon monarch 10x42 binoculars. It's the correct diameter but sets to high off the lens.

The binoculars I have were my dads so they are over 50 years old. The eye protectors were very fragile and worn out. I could see that my dad had actually taped one side. They fit perfectly, were easy to put on and are very comfortable on the eyes. I would purchase again.
