Bad product. Very cheap plalstic. Shrinks A LOT when you put it in hot water, so much so that I had to weirdly stretch the very soft melty plastic back over my teeth. Does not prevent TMJ pain!! Leaves a terrible burny plastic rubbery taste in your throat (is that safe?). I'm not sure how there are any positive reviews of this product.

After reading reviews for several such products I settled on these for my "Big Mouth" lol. They are very durable. Easy to clean. Comfortable to wear once molded correctly. And should I ever need to replace them, I will buy them again without looking elsewhere!Now... while they are easy to use, the instruction are extremely lacking in what or how to use them. Simply boil water in the microwave, drop it in the water wait 10-15 seconds, scoop it out with a fork, and then mold it to your teeth. Without experience you will waste the first one or two, but after that you will figure out what you are doing and be able to get what you need. But like I said they are durable so you will likely not need to remake them for a long time.

Absolute waste of money. Insanely small even for my 7 year old. The material is way too sticky once it’s warmed up. Sticks to my fingers. Also there’s no tabs in the front. Fitting it into my son’s mouth was a nightmare. All 4 mouth guards were wasted. Terrible.

I purchased these for my 8 year old. They are good quality and easy to form. I knew they were a size small, but they were smaller than expected ... especially since they shrink significantly when put in hot water to mold. I would buy again, just in a larger size. These are suitably sized for a four year old.
