These are well made and look good - until I put them on. I’m 5’11”, 175 lbs, evenly proportioned. The legs are flappy; definitely don’t fit like the picture here. My son is 6’3”, 190 lbs, with thick thighs. The legs fit alright for circumference, but the shorts are too short. My other son is 5’8”, 150 lbs. Length is good, but the legs are flappy. So I’m not sure who these are supposed to fit, but it’s not my family.

These are actually good quality active shorts.The fabric is light and breathable, but thick enough with quality stitching so they don’t look like too cheap or informal.There’s some stretch to the fabric, but not a lot, so definitely buy a size up to give yourself a little room. I ordered size 34’s and usually wear a 34-35 waist and these fit exactly like 34’s. I should’ve ordered a 36 since there’s no half sizes. The waistband is wide and elastic, but firm, so they won’t really stretch up a size or so. Having belt loops, I’d have been happier with a 36 and belting the shorts on.The pockets are a little shallow, but that’s understandable considering the length. The zipper, buttons and seams are all well crafted, so I’m sure these shorts will last a while. Overall, a good buy.

These are the most versatile shorts! Super fast drying, you could totally swim in them! The pockets are even mesh inside, so they don't add any bulk. They really thought of everything, these are very cute and will be useful all summer. Great for traveling especially because you can wear them to a nice dinner but they also have plenty of stretch to be comfortable enough to hike and travel in. The color was a little darker than pictured, but I was so pleasantly surprised with the quality of the shorts I quickly got over it. I would like a lighter color option because of this though.

These are very basic shorts. With the emphasis on short since it has only a 5 inch inseam before investing in these shorts make sure you are comfortable with that length. The material is fine. It has two back pockets, neither of which has a button or other means of securing the pocket. The two side pockets, as well as the back pockets are mesh so I wonder about it longevity. One style feature is the two belt loops at the very back of the shorts. The one interesting and intriguing feature is the hidden zippered side pocket on the right side. This pocket is deep enough for an iPhone or a thin wallet. This zippered pocket is much more useful and much safer than a button closure on a back pocket. If you like a basic pair of shorts with a relatively short 5” inseam, you will enjoy these shorts
