After one use, tears and rips! Obviously NOT durable and NOT thick enough to endure airlines. It looked good on the suitcase but I bought it to use, not model. And, there’s NO returning it…buyer beware! I guess if a company won’t back its own product, that should have raised a flag 🚩

We just purchased new luggage and I do not want it scuffed/scratched up. So I started looking for luggage protectors. When I found these and the protectors did not have to be removed to open the luggage it was game on! I’m a seamstress and can say these are well constructed. Fabric and zippers are great quality. The clear vinyl is a good heavy weight. So the body size of my luggage is 21” so I ordered the 22” size. It was WAY too big. So I returned them and ordered the 20” size. Perfect fit!!! So if the body of the bag is between sizes go for the smaller size. The fabric has plenty of stretch so if you have expandable luggage, no worries!!To remove the majority of the wrinkles in the vinyl use a hair dryer on high with the hot setting. Hold 6” away rubbing your palm over the vinyl to smooth out. To do the edges of the vinyl pull down and keep pulled until it is cool. Go to the top and pull and do the same.

Bought this for my large Away brand suitcase. Fit perfectly, even down to the spots for the handles! Nice and snug after putting it on - enough to make sure that it won't slip or move around, but not so tight that it was difficult to put on.I haven't (knowingly) had a chance to see how it holds up in the rain, but as the pictures show it clearly helped protect against some major scuffs that would have otherwise been on my brand new suitcase! DEFINITELY worth purchasing, especially if you have new and/or expensive bags to protect!

I have an aluminum Away suitcase and the biggest problem is it sliding down the baggage claim chute and getting dented. The cover makes it harder to slide so there are less dents. In two trips, there are small tears in the black spine and clear plastic.

Bought this for a long haul trip and it works fine. Arrived very wrinkled and since it’s mostly plastic not easily unwrinkled ( ie can’t steam since probably would melt); fit suitcase and think it did help with prevent minor surface level scuffs to checked in bag.
