My senior dog (12yo) gets this mixed in with her regular dog food. She loves the flavor and I can tell she's not as forgetful. She's not barking at the wall anymore. I just wish the bag was larger.

I have a small senior dog. His vet. recommended Purina Pro Plan Bright Mind because he was having memory issues ( incidents inside the house) . He’s more alert and has more energy since we switched his food to purina. I’m strongly recommended this product to dog lovers who are having memory problems. It really does the job that is described. Being a prime member is convenient , I have subscribed to get my dog food right at my door when he needs it. Great quality and pricy.

The Purina Pro Plan Small Breed Senior Dog Food, Bright Mind 7+ Chicken & Rice Formula - 5 lb. Bag, is a quality item that my vet agrees is fine for my dog to have and I see no adverse reactions to him eating this type of food. Fairly priced, i have re-ordered a number of times now.

My 3 dogs love it, one 6 yr old female chihuahua and two older dogs, a 14yr old male pug and a 15 yr old female min pin. The two older dogs seem to like it the most but the chihuahua was always the fussy one. I have not noticed any behavioral changes but I did notice one thing strange....my oldest female has a hard tumor on her abdomen near her boobs, she has had it for about 2 yrs, and after 3 months of eating this food the thing is now about 90% smaller. Don't know if it has anything to do with the food but it is very good news. The vet never knew if it was benign or cancer and her liver enzymes were too high at that time for biopsy and she was too old to do much about it, if it was cancer., so I was told to keep my eye on it. I take her to vet every 6 months and I check it almost daily and it is just getting smaller and smaller. He will be shocked when he sees it now, it is size of a marble. They eat 3 times a day, the two older ones about 1 cup each time and the baby about 3/4 cup each meal. Two eat it dry and the oldest female likes hers moistened and softened up a little. They are all still active and happy campers.
