We ended up using the stands for now, but it didn't have anything to do with the quality of the wall mounts, it was just put lack of a way to plug them in. I will end up using these in my office where I dimo have a tidy way to hide the cord. Heavy duty, very nice, perfect for sonos era speakers.

(PUTORSEN Adjustable Speaker Wall Mounts for Sonos Era 100 & 300, Tilt ±30°/Swivel ±30°/Rotation 360°, with Cable Management, 2 packs / $25 at the time ordering)Mixed feelings about these mounts. I love the design. Very modern looking. It sticks out from the wall quite a bit. But the flip side is that you’re able to swivel it further left or right. The L-bracket is made of metal. Nice and sturdy. The wall mount portion is made of plastic. Not the greatest but, it works. But the jointing piece between the wall mount and the L-bracket is (or at least, feels like) a lightweight aluminum. And this is the part of the mount that controls the swivel. They’re adjusted by using an included Allen wrench. To adjust the tilt or angle, loosen the Allen screw and the 2 sides around the aluminum ball bearing relax enough to angle the speaker the way you want. Then you just tighten it up again. But the 2 sides are just made of plastic and they don’t seem overly durable. They held my Era 100’s fine. But I definitely couldn’t trust them to hold the Era 300 for any extended period of time. The max weight for each mount is 11 lbs and the Era 300 weighs 10 lbs. That’s just under the max weight but, the 300 is fairly powerful and can push out a decent amount of bass. The 2 plastic pieces don’t feel like they’d be able to sustain that type of constant vibration. That center piece should have definitely been made of metal. Especially when trying to support a $450 speaker. If you’re thinking of using these for the Era 100’s and you like the design, these are a great choice. They look beautiful on the wall and they’re more than strong enough for that speaker. But I’d hold off if you’re looking for Era 300 mounts. Granted, most Era 300 mounts won’t let you angle your speaker let/right up to 30° (usually it’s a lot less or, they offer no movement at all). But the uncertainty of it supporting the speaker over time isn’t a chance worth taking.
