First one didn't work and the company sent a replacement. This second one worked great since Aug 2024. Now 6 months later it will no longer connect and doesn’t work. I just ordered a 3rd one and decided to add the 3 year protection. I should've done that for the 2nd one. It's a great case and keyboard if it works. Hoping the 3rd time will be the charm. Just wish it hadn't cost me double.

i use this product every single day it’s so easy all you have to do is flip the switch and it immediately connects. The screen can get floppy if you angle the keyboard on something tho but for the price definitely worth it and battery lasts so long too. it has a sleep mode too that i noticed so even if you forget to flip off the switch it’ll just sleep and it will still have all the battery

This keyboard works very well and way more affordable than the Apple Nagic Keyboard. I love it!! The folio is soft to the touch but very sturdy. I'm very happy with this purchase.

I wanted to like this as the design is nice but it lags while typing and I have to constantly turn it on and off even when fully charged.Edit: this has never happened to me before but customer service sent me a replacement keyboard, and got a really thoughtful support specialist. the new keyboard I got has been working great so far —
