WHERE ARE THE INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS!!!!!???? This is horrible!!!!!Follow up from previous post. This radio is like a cheap $50 tablet that you purchase for your toddler to destroy, instead of your phone. The reverse camera does not work with the harness that you have to purchase separately. The radio has a constant humming to it, because there’s a bad ground inside the system.Do not buy this unit

Have had this head unit installed in my silverado and has been my best upgrade so far in terms of entertainment. When I'm waiting for my wife with my kids I just pop on Netflix or any kids show and we are in business. Smooth operations and so far no stutters. Occasionally I've had my waze app crash but it didn't happen until my last update for wake so it might just be a bad update from the app maker as the rest of then apps are fine. The Display is beautiful and bright enough that I have to turn down the brightness. The sound from the factory speakers definitely benefits from the dsp equalizer that comes preinstalled. All the benefits of a mobile phone in your head unit even a slot to connect a sim card for internet access 24/7. All that and yes their is more but I'm still going through all the options, makes this an excellent value for the money. Oh and if you don't have a sim card you can still connect to a mobile phone wifi spot and get access to the internet only when you connect the unit still works without internet access.

So I purchased this thing and had issued that would kind of “self fix”. NOT the case! It was hard at first, but then once I got a hold of them through email I was helped 100%. They ended up sending me a whole new head unit because after I tried everything that they wanted me to hit nothing would work the radio wouldn’t play the screen was good, but it won’t play so finally they sent me a whole new head unit. I hooked it up. Everything is phenomenal it it’s a great purchase. I’m very very happy. I did not send this back.

It’s not a bad head unit I would install but the harness did not have the right connection for my bose system and didn’t come with the decor box so the Bose system will work. If you have a GM vehicle with a Bose system make sure you get a head unit that will work with it. This is my 3rd unit but the 4th will be the one.
