Came across this game by accident. Sounded like it might be fun for home and campground, as it is very portable. The standard playing field is 5 by 8 meters (approx 16 x 26 feet), but the good news is that you can adjust it to fit your preferences. Make the field smaller for small kids, if you want to. It's easy for every age to learn the rules! Hint: we cut some narrow vinyl rope in the size of the playing field, length and width, to make it easy to lay out the field in which the corners are marked with provided stakes.A nice change from the usual outdoor family games. My grown kids love it. The grandkids, ages 5 to 16, love it. The neighbors love it. (Especially fun after a cocktail or two!)I was even able to play right after I broke my foot on Independence Day weekend. The game easily accommodates everyone. So far, no breakage of any pieces, but the bag is tearing near the zipper. It could be a little sturdier. I'll probably take the bag apart, make a pattern, and sew a new one out of canvas. Easy to stash in the motorhome. Great way to make friends on the road, or just for the two of us to play. A nice balance between a bit physical but not too taxing. So glad I bought this.

Expect your set to be pretty beat up and grass stained after one game. The pieces don't feel as high quality as they say in the ad. The blue paint looks like it bled through the wood, the lines are crooked and blurry, they feel light and cheap.Nevertheless, this is a very fun game, and dented pieces don't affect the game. I'm just worried about how long they will last. The instruction booklet isn't very good either, had to go online to clarify a lot of the rules.I do like the carrying case though. Feels high quality, and has a diagram on the inside showing how to pack it perfectly. It keeps its square shape when you carry it around.Overall this is one of my favorite yard games now

My tournament Kubb set turned up within two days of ordering using Prime which was a bonus. The set was packaged well, and seemed organized. As someone who doesn’t really know what Kubb is but was introduced by a friend, I was happy with a semi-affordable set. Seems like solid wood made of quality pine like the description says. I definitely won’t be leaving this set outside because I don’t think there’s a finish on it to make it water resistant but that’s not really surprising. The rules were easy to follow and it was a quick set up. We had fun tossing the dowels around and there was a little bit of wear and tear after the first game but that wasn’t surprising since we’re throwing wood at other pieces of wood.Overall I’m happy with the quality of the set based off the purchase price. It’s a good addition to our normal games like corn hole. 5 stars.

I’ll first start off by saying that even though I selected standard shipping (I wasn’t in a rush to get it) it still arrived in less than two days, so we decided to use it over the weekend. Some points: I saw some reviewers saying that some of the blocks are not evenly weighted, so I decided to weigh them. They are wood, they aren’t going to weigh exactly the same, so it wasn’t surprising that there was a nominal difference between each kubb and dowel, but that doesn’t affect the game.I work with wood, and on the Janka scale, pine is on the softer side because it’s easy to maneuver in the manufacturing process and cheaper, so I’m not surprised this company used pine. If they used any harder woods, the set would be well over $100 and that’s just not worth it to me for an outdoor game.It comes with a handy tote bag, and though it’s water resistant we packed up the set and stored it indoors. We gave it a try in the rain as Hurricane Dorian approaches and it held up fine in sand and pouring rain.Overall, we had a good time playing this game. We’re all adults, so we turned it into a fun drinking game. My niece however had a good time with trying to knock over the King Kubb with her hands (she’s a little too young to understand the rules of the game but the effort was there so we were proud). In the end, we enjoyed this outdoor game. We expect that with use it’s going to dent a bit, but that’s to be expected. It’s definitely made of high-quality pine, but as aforementioned it’s not the toughest of the woods. But for the price, it’s well worth it. We also recommend for adults to turn it into a drinking game which can definitely make it more fun. For children, make sure they throw it underhanded.
